Provincial Fee guides & policies
In Canada, non-insured healthcare services are generally similar across most provinces, with minor variations. However, there may be differences in specific services or implementation of those services in each province. For instance, in Ontario, only one Pap smear is covered per year, and subsequent tests are not insured if the results of the first test were normal (link).
To assist you in identifying which services you may be charged for based on the published standards in your province, we have provided resources that details the specific services covered and not covered in each province.
